1. General Provisions

NovaHub provides a digital platform to facilitate the real-time purchase of digital products, game vouchers, and service accesses. All transactions that occur are fully governed and subject to the terms written on this page.

2. Accounts and Data Security

Our system does not require users to create an account. Your browser identifiers (such as Visitor ID and Anonymous ID) along with order codes provided during checkout act as your access. You are fully responsible for not sharing your order code with others. NovaHub is not liable for product theft caused by user negligence.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Payments that have been validated and successfully processed cannot be unilaterally canceled by the buyer.
• NovaHub uses third-party payment gateways for QRIS processing. Make sure you pay the exact amount according to instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• The digital product failed to process and deliver due to an internal system error on our end.
• The product stock is suddenly depleted or unavailable after full payment has been received.
• Exceptions: Refunds do not apply for unilateral cancellations, buying the wrong product, entering the wrong User/Player ID, or other subjective reasons.

5. Limitation of Liability

NovaHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided "as-is", and we make no implied warranties regarding the continuity of third-party services (game publishers).

We reserve the right and full authority to update these terms and conditions at any time without direct notice. Changes take immediate effect when the new document is published on this page.
